This raises two integrity issues for me: 1)What is a college's stated or implied "promise," - merely to dispense education, or provide an education that advances one's career, and 2)What measures or indicators are there to gauge the extent to which a college is living up to its promise? I have had several community colleges as clients, and find that for the money they are exceptional educational values. Thanks, William.
