A few days ago the WSJ asked whether Manhattan real estate prices will finally fall.  It is only a matter of time, it seems.  As a corollary, the Curious Capitalist looks at this question nationwide using price-rent ratios.

Lastly - the Sunday Business is the best part of the weekend NYTimes, in my opinion, and I loved this article about McDonald’s.
